This is a static personal website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, embeds no third-party fonts, and has no contact form. The only personal data processed is what is technically required to serve the pages.

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit, Vercel automatically processes technically necessary access data (e.g. your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, referrer and user agent) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).

Because Vercel is based in the USA, this can involve a transfer of data to a third country. The transfer is safeguarded by a data processing agreement with EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Vercel's participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Outbound redirect

The “Visit Solobit Games” link uses a first-party redirect (/go/solobitgames) that appends campaign parameters to the destination URL. It stores no personal data and sets no cookie; it only forwards you to solobitgames.com.

If you email me, your message and address are processed solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and are not passed on.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for Berlin, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BlnBDI).
